1. About Concierge

Concierge is a trading name of Wellness House Collective Ltd. The platform operates at talent.wellnesshousecollective.co.uk and provides talent matching, agency marketplace, and residency programme services for the luxury spa, wellness, and hospitality industry.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Concierge website and all associated services. "Candidate" refers to any individual who creates a professional profile. "Employer" refers to any property, hotel, spa, or wellness brand that posts roles or searches candidates. "Resident" refers to a practitioner accepted onto the Wellness House Institute Residency Programme. "Agency Professional" refers to a verified candidate available for short-term cover shifts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Candidate Terms

Candidate profiles are free to create. By creating a profile, you confirm that all information provided (including qualifications, experience, and right-to-work status) is accurate and truthful. You grant Concierge permission to display your profile to registered employers. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

5. Employer Terms

Role listings are charged on a per-listing basis as displayed on the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable once a listing goes live. Employers are responsible for ensuring all role descriptions comply with employment law, including the Equality Act 2010. Concierge does not guarantee any hiring outcome.

6. Agency Marketplace

The Agency Marketplace facilitates direct connections between verified professionals and employers for short-term cover. Concierge acts as a platform only — it is not an employment agency and does not employ, pay, or insure any Agency Professional. All terms of engagement, including rate, hours, and insurance, are agreed directly between the professional and the employer. Both parties are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance, tax obligations, and right-to-work compliance.

7. Residency Programme

The Residency Programme is operated by Wellness House Institute. Residents are independent professionals, not employees of Wellness House. The Institute provides curation, marketing, and coordination services. All placement terms are agreed directly between the Resident and the hosting property. Wellness House Institute does not charge placement fees to either party.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is stored securely and is only shared with registered employers when you apply for a role or make your profile visible. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and technology on the Platform is owned by Wellness House Collective Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Concierge provides a matching and connection service. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate quality, or employer suitability. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between candidates, employers, agency professionals, or residents facilitated through the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
